Welcome to Vital Boost. As your local Vitamin Technician, I am fully trained and certified to provide Vitamin Injections upon a consultation for suitability.

I am a mum of 3, and was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia almost 5 years ago. Along with Anxiety and Depression. I was told that I was also Vit B12 and Vit D deficient. I found it difficult to access these vitamins when my body needed them via my GP frequently and resorted to

self-administering since 2016.

Due to genuinely feeling that B12 and Vitamin D injections have been a complete life changer for me and my family, and have had a direct impact on my health, this is why Vital Boost exists 💚

These vitamins are vital for everyone, and I know first hand they are not easily accessible, I decided I wanted to help others feel better and begin to enjoy their life again!

I have now removed myself off the antidepressants I was on for years and  have less Fibro flare ups and far far less anxiety. I know that for me, having being able to stop the medication for the depression has been one of the best things that could have happened (for many reasons) The Vitamins are what have allowed me to do this and have given me other massive improvements!
